Dr. George Saunders chose optometry because he wanted to help people see clearly and maintain their independence throughout their lives. After earning his biochemistry degree from UC Riverside and completing his optometry doctorate at Southern California College of Optometry, he spent six years working directly with cornea and cataract surgeons at Redlands Eye Medical Group. This extensive experience in surgical settings gives him unique insight into complex eye conditions and pre-operative care that most optometrists never encounter.
He’s dedicated the past 29 years to private practice, continuously updating his knowledge and investing in state-of-the-art equipment because he believes you deserve the most advanced care available.
